Common questions
How many family members can be in one safety circle?
Each band shares its live location and alerts with up to three contacts, and one person can be a contact for several bands. A typical setup has parents seeing the kids' and grandparents' bands on one map, with siblings and a trusted neighbour added where they help most.
Is there a family pack?

Do family members need smartphones?
Only the watchers do. Wearers need nothing, because each band has its own 4G LTE-M connection and pre-activated SIM. A seven-year-old and an eighty-year-old can both be fully protected without either owning a phone.
What if two alerts happen at once?
Every alert is independent and carries its own live location, so the circle sees exactly who needs help and where. Because up to three people receive each alert, the family can split: one person responds to each, everyone stays informed.
Does it work across cities?
Yes. Distance is irrelevant: a band in Nashik alerts a daughter in Bengaluru as fast as one in the next room. Live location works anywhere the band has 4G IoT coverage, and offline trails upload as soon as coverage returns.
