Our Story
Born from a personal safety crisis
Kavach was born in 2021 when our co-founder received a distress call from his sister, stranded late at night with a dead phone in an unfamiliar part of Bengaluru. She was safe, but the helplessness he felt that night changed everything.
He asked a simple question: why doesn't a device exist that can send an SOS alert without depending on a smartphone? Why can't safety be as effortless as wearing a watch?
That question became Kavach, India's first dedicated safety wearable. A slim band with built-in GPS, 4G LTE-M connectivity, fall detection, and a one-touch SOS. No phone needed. Designed in India, for India.

Kavach has a sibling.
For Hajj and Umrah pilgrims we build Safe Daira, a pilgrimage-grade safety band and group console for tour operators and families. Same mission as Kavach, different journey: a person in a crowd of millions should be findable by the people who love them.
The team behind Kavach also runs DPF Masters, a diesel particulate filter cleaning service in Nashik, and Mughlai Magic, a restaurant in Hyderabad.
