Features
Small enough to forget. Loud enough to find.
One Press For Help
Hold the key and the pendant sends live location to the family and calls up to three numbers in turn. A child does not need to know a phone number.
Talk To Them
Two-way calls over its own 4G SIM, limited to the family numbers you save. No stranger can call it. There is no listen-in.
Know Where They Are
GPS and BeiDou outdoors, Wi-Fi and mobile-cell positioning indoors, with position reports on a schedule you set.
School Zones
Draw a safe zone around school or home and get told when the pendant arrives or leaves.
Made To Be Held
A soft silicone case with a lanyard and a small bear to hold on to. No strap to undo, nothing to unscrew.
Days Between Charges
The same 800 mAh battery as the watch, rated by the maker at about four days on ten-minute reporting. Our own figure will follow field testing.
Shown in the sample colour. Final case colours, the lanyard and pricing will be announced with the launch. Full module specifications are on the Kavach Watch page.
Plain facts
What the Kavach Pendant does, and what it does not.
The pendant is the watch's 4G module in a soft silicone case on a lanyard. What is true of the module is true here; what the case adds is only what the sample shows.
What it does
- Same 4G module as the Kavach Watch: VoLTE two-way calls limited to the family numbers you save.
- One press for help: location to the family, then calls to the saved numbers in turn.
- Positions by GPS and BeiDou outdoors, with WiFi and mobile-cell positioning indoors.
- Safe zones around school or home, with an alert when the pendant arrives or leaves.
- Soft silicone case with a lanyard. No strap to undo, nothing to unscrew.
What it does not do
- No screen. The pendant is held or worn, not read.
- No body temperature sensor.
- Not yet available. The page collects interest only, and no payment is taken.
- No listen-in and no recording.
- No service outside India.
